Just Starting Out...

Just a quick note that we're getting Kyle's Room setup here on the information superhighway. More detail to follow regarding the first 3 weeks of life (big 3 week mark tomorrow) but for now everyone's fine. We've had a house full of visitors recently and we even have Grandma & Grandpa T in town from the Cool City.

So far so good, Kyle has been adjusting nicely to life at home. He's getting used to Big & Little Dumb (Fred Collinsworth & Domino - the Dynamic Feline Duo) and is also sleeping quite well - three nights in a row of only one wake-up call at 3am (knock on wood). He has had a couple of long pulls of being awake 3 - 3.5 hours in the early evenings. Everything is rosy for him accept his 8 PM dose of medicine. Other than that he's been eating well and even lost his little belly button scab today - another big event. Today we went on our first sightseeing trip - Kerry & Volunteer Parks in Seattle. We also had our first 2 adventures out to eat dinner last night at Tin Fish and margaritas and nachos at La Palmera today - too bad he slept through all of this activity.

Keep checking in, we'll hopefully be able to keep everyone updated on the latest and greatest in the life of Little K. I'll also update the Readers Digest version of weeks 0-3.
