Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!
Well another year has come and gone. We've had alot of fun and covered lot's of ground in the last year. We were pretty busy and I'm sure that 2009 will be busy and interesting too. If nothing else, we'll be busy blowing snow around here. Hopefully not another record month of snow in January!!! At least the Packers are done for season, we can now look forward to the draft and no free-agent moves.
Here are some Christmas pictures from this year. The first one above is of Kyle and Mom pretending to be reindeer while wrapping presents.
Kyle must have been a good boy because Santa and all the Grandmas and Grandpas were very good to him in the present department. When asked what Santa was going to bring him Kyle would answer "Presents!" After a little more prodding, Kyle would get a little more specific and "Reindeer" were the present of choice. He even figured that he'd be getting Rudolph! Not asking for much at all, he's pretty easy to please. So far his favorite present is his Dora the Explorer play kitchen and wooden food. He's been busy fixing us interesting dinners such as watermelon/onion/steak/lemon soup or a plate of butter/chicken/tomato.
Here's Kyle finding one of his presents. He can read a few words now; Kyle, Mom, Dad, Cat, Dog.
And this is what a little boy looks like when he realizes that Santa stopped by last night!
Kyle wanted to have a redneck Christmas too, so he refused to wear a shirt during dinner or present opening at Grandma & Grandpa's house on Christmas day. He's ready to move back South...
Here's Kyle and Grandpa with Kyle's new toy phone...
Here's Kyle and Dad jamming out with a new collection of percussion instruments. These should be nice and soothing. Note the sweet Elmo slippers...And this is what a little boy looks like when he realizes that Santa stopped by last night!
Here's a little movie of Kyle finding one of his presents...
Here was Kyle's reaction when the Bear's blocked Mason Crosby's kick to win the game. As we all know, the Packers went on to lose in OT to the lowly Chicago Bears.
Have a great 2009 everybody!!!
