March is already in and out?
Well March really flew by, didn't it? I'm picking up a common theme here! We've been busy unpacking and painting. Kyle's room is about to get painted this week, it was a tough job getting the wallpaper border down in his room, but we are ready to get down to business now. Mom was also able to get teh wallpaper down in the dining room thanks to a very timely and hardworking houseguest that we had last week. It will be time for paint in the dining room soon, hopefully by next week. Kyle and I have also been busy out in the yard, we've been raking and playing pick-up-sticks. It's been fun and soon it will be time to cut the grass. We've also been busy feeding the birds and squirrels. We've got a pair of cardinals that are regulars and a whole bunch of chickadees and similar little guys.
We've been busy getting caught up with family stuff too, we've made some trips back to the Lakeshore for some fun visits. Kyle is a good traveler, he just passes out as soon as the car starts rolling and then he wakes up when we are home. He must think that the car is a time-machine. He knows that about 50% of the time though he'll be waking up at one of the Grandma's or Grandpa's houses and he is fine with that!
Kyle is doing well. He is army crawling around the house like a mad man. He is sitting up really well. He does not have any desire for solid food, he does great with the mush but is down right repulsed by anything solid in his mouth besides the spoon. We've got some work to do there. His sleeping has been variable at best, we've been doing a fair amount of experimentation with his bedtime and night time schedule. We still haven't hit on a sure-thing-winner, we'll just keep on trying.
That's about it for now.
