Birthday and School's Out!!!

School is out for the year, Kyle's year of Kindergarten has come to a close.  Kyle had a great year and had lots of fun with his friends.  He is now a great reader and writer and is really good with his numbers too.  He did some great art projects and has brought home lots of writing and science journals from school.  As happy as he was about school he's just as happy that it's summer break.

Here are few pictures of Elliot.  He is a very happy guy and is really getting around.  he can pull himself up on anything and can also eat anything that isn't nailed to the ground.  He can really move and he can have quite the attitude.
Speaking of attitude, here's the first picture that we have of Nathan in the back of a police car.  Surely this will be the last time he's in the back of a police care, at least until middle school.
Here's Kyle and Nathan under a giant Packer at Things That Go at the park.  This is a lat model short-bus that is outfitted as a Packer tailgate bus, it's pretty cool.  The guys loved it.
Here's Kyle and Nathan on a fire truck, they really like this too.

Here's a picture of our Student of the Month for May.  Kyle did an awesome job at school and received his first Student of the Month award.  He did an awesome job and we're really proud of what a good job he continues to do at school.

Kyle also turned six years old a few weeks ago!!!  He's getting so big!  he had two birthday parties, one for school friends and one for family.  We had a great time at both.  Kyle had a Spiderman cake this year and his little brother Nathan couldn't wait to help him blow out some candles.
We also had another big milestone this week.  Kyle can now ride his two-wheeler with no training wheels, he is a big boy!  He got frustrated the other night while we were out in the yard that I was talking to a neighbor so I pushed him off and told him he was on his own.  He figured out how to ride with that one little push.  He's been riding his bike at every opportunity and is doing a great job, he's had some spectacular crashes - which make you a better rider.
