Summer Is Half Over Already!

So it's been a busy Summer so far, here are some of the highlights to date. Kyle just wrapped up his first soccer (futbol) camp this week. He had lots of fun, particularly playing Duck Duck Goose.

We picked our first batch of beans from the garden. We've done really well with beans and peas but our tomatoes are starting to suffer from too much water. All varieties of peppers and cucumbers are doing well though, we'll see what happens.
Speaking of growing well, Nathan has been doing great. He's now over 22lbs although he doesn't look a day over 8 months old. He is still a really happy guys and now has 3.5 teeth. He is also doing great with the transition to baby food, he's now up to 1.5 containers of food and he would be happy to do more per sitting.

Aunty Anne and Uncle Chad got married 2 weeks ago. This was a busy but fun wedding as anticipated. The weather was great and everything went as smoothly as you could hope. Everybody had a great time. It was Kyle's first wedding and he was a dancing machine, along with all of his other cousins.
Kyle is not above relaxing with Nathan in the crib, luckily they both still fit in there. These are two rapidly growing boys, it's only a matter of time until Nathan overtakes hi big brother!!!
We were lucky enough to spend the 4th of July holiday out in Seattle. We stayed with some close friends and had a great time. We visited some of the well known and not-so-well known sites and attractions around the city. The picture above is of Kyle at the Ballard Locks, pretty cool.
Here's Kyle and Nathan at Mike & Rachel's house in Seattle.
Here's Kyle at the Zoo, we had a great time here, fantastic zoo.
Here is Kyle and Mom at the market, lot's of tasty stuff here!
Here's a family picture at the Seattle Aquarium, the Sound is in the background.
We did let Kyle's hair get out of control earlier in the Summer, a quick trip to the barber took care of this issue.
We started the Summer with a great weekend up North. Kyle caught a bunch of bluegills and Grandpa caught this nice Northern - a good fighter and very tasty!
